The Tools Panel -> Curve Tool

The curve tool will draw a curved line from a starting point to an end point as you click and drag. The stroke characteristics of the line, including its style, are controlled by the inspector's Drawing tab.

The curve of the line is set by two control points. Initially when a curve is drawn, the first contol point is at the corner of a rectangle formed by the start and end. The second control point is the same as the end point. Once a curve is initially drawn, the contol points appear as handles when the curve is selected. These handles can be dragged using the selection tool to reshape the curve.

The location of the start and end points as well as the control points can also be edited using the inspector's measurements tab.

The curve tool can be selected by pressing the "7" key when a plot window is the front window.
