The Inspector Panel -> Drawing Tab

The drawing tab gives lets you set the graphic characteristics of tools and selected objects.

If a drawing tool is active, the drawing tab shows how a new object will look when it is drawn. If both the stroke and fill boxes are checked, the object will be drawn with an outline (stroke) and interior (fill) in the colors shown. To change a color, click on the color well that you wish to change. The sliders next to the color wells control the transparency of the stroke or fill.

When the selection tool is active, the drawing tab displays the characteristics of any selected objects. If there is more than one object selected and their properties are not the same, a "(...)" will appear by the setting. Modifying a characteristic changes that property for all selected objects.

Lines can be drawn using different styles that are selected using the popup button. Most line styles, with the exception of arrows, dimensions, and curtains can also be applied to shapes, curves and paths. Choosing a dimension style creates a line with a text label that automatically shows the line's length.

Information attached to a light can be displayed next to its symbol. Every light displays a particular field (channel, dimmer, etc.) using the same font as all other lights. Information for a field can be displayed inside a hexagon or circle when it is show by a light. Changing this setting for the information field attached to one symbol will cause all similar fields to be displayed using the same style.

The Info Field Locations popup contains commands that allow copying and pasting the relative locations of info fields from one object to another. This allows placement of info fields to be easily cleaned-up and standardized across a set of lights. These commands are also found in the Format menu.
