The Main Plot Window The main document window of the LXBeams application contains the light plot drawing. The drawing is created by using the tools to add graphic elements. You can however, copy and paste graphics from other applications into the drawing Most of the editing functionality of LXBeams is contained in the tabs of the inspector. The inspector's first two tabs in particular relate to the main document. The document tab controls settings such as the size of the drawing. The layers tab allows you to organize the drawing into layers. The inspector's other tabs allow you to edit the properties of graphic objects that have been selected in the main window using the selection tool. The Edit andFormat menus allow you to manipulate and modify objects in the drawing that have been selected in the main window using the selection tool. The View menu controls how the plot is displayed in the main window. |
