Many edits, such as moving an object or changing a property are undoable.

Cut/Copy/Paste/Delete

The Edit menu contains standard Cut, Copy, Paste, and Delete commands. These work within LXFree for Java and between LXFree for Java and other applications.

To import an entire graphic file into LXFree for Java, select the file and choose Copy. Then, switch to LXBeams and choose Paste. This works with image file types recognized by the Java runtime such as tiff and jpg. You can also import a DXF file this way.

When copying and pasting within LXFree for Java, the Paste command offsets copies of objects by the distance set in the Inspector's Drawing tab.

Select

Select->Next/Previous Object selects the next or previous object according to the drawing order. Note: the Auto Arrange command can help make the select next/previous commands more useful.
