I allways work with ''tracking mode'' enable. I understand that part. However, I'd like to know how block tracking works. If you could make a little exemple, it would be very appreciate.

Block tracking stops channels from tracking through from the previous cue. This freezes the levels in the place where they are set when the block tracking option is enabled.
This is essentially the same as marking every channel in the cue. The difference being that marked channels are preserved when "block tracking" is enabled. This allows you to disable "block tracking" and go back to just the previously marked channels. Other than that the result of "block tracking" is exactly the same as if every channel is marked in the cue.
