Is there a way to use a iPad with touch OSC app with a cable so i don't have to use the WIFI?

LXConsole requires a network connection for OSC. Perhaps someone else knows if it is possible for an ipad to have a network connection through a cable. Or, search Google for something like this: https://9to5mac.com/2022/04/07/use-ethernet-with-ipad/
