Yes, in order to do so, you need to add a part to the cue and then assign the channels you want to that part. The number of parts is not limited.

Start by typing p for part into the command line. Parts are created in numeric order. By default there is always part one. If you try to switch to a part number that does not exist, you will be asked if you want to add the next available part number. So to add a part two follow the p with 2 and press return/enter. [p] [2] [return]. You'll be told part two does not exist and be asked if you want to add it.

Select the channels you want to assign to the new part two which is now the current part. You can type numbers into the command line or click to select with the mouse/trackpad.

With the channels selected, choose Channel->Set Hilited to Current Part. You'll see in the Inspector's Cue List tab that your cue has two parts each of which can have a separate time. The only time that cannot be separate is the follow time.

For fixtures with multiple subchannels, you'll be asked which of the subchannels you want to assign to the part. This allows using multiple parts to have a different time for intensity, pan/tilt, and color, or what whatever you want.

Use the part command on the command line to change the current part. If you just created part two as above and want to go back to part 1, type [p] [1] [return].

To see what channels are assigned to the current part, use Channel->Select Channels in Current Part.
