I have not noticed any problems yet. Tahoe is mostly cosmetic from what I can tell. As with prior Apple OS changes, it is possible that things that have worked will no longer work as they should... And, as with light and dark appearances, it is possible that the interface, particularly text, is not presented in a readable way. But those are interface issues and you shouldn't lose any files by running LXBeams on Tahoe. I haven't noticed any issues and although I don't love the Liquid Glass look, it pretty much seems like a big meh, I think that other MacOS, particularly Sequoia, had more problems under the hood.
