Reporting Problems and Crash Reports

When you are reporting a problem, please include as much information as possible , including what version of the software and operating system you are using, and a description of what you were doing when the problem occurred.

Please do not post complete crash reports to the forum. Crash reports do not mean much without the debug symbol files that go with the specific version of the software. So, crash reports are not of much use for others trying to find answers by searching the forum (and may actually be confusing to most people).

Crash reports can be very useful in trying to resolve an issue if they are available. But, to preserve bandwidth on the forum, please e-mail them instead of posting.
