Re: what's a "temporary version"?
I have received two emails from Paypal. First the receipt and then "info about your deliverance" starting with the text (in Swedish) saying - Claude Heintz Design has added delifveryinformation... In that latter of the two emails there is info about Article name: LXSeries Pro Single User L...

three requests
On my wishlist nr 1 is: - in the "track sheet" it would be nice if one could switch to view cues, subs or groups. and second: - in the list of effects - I'd like to be able to group effects in folders and/or make the FXlist-window expandable so that I can resize it and see more than 12 eff...

what's a "temporary version"?
I noted that at my workplace a warning popped up.
It said "temporary version expired".
And LXBeams has turned into LXFree all of a sudden.
I checked under menu help/license in LXBeams but didn't manage to figure out what could be wrong or what to do about it.

Re: OSC address changes randomly
Seems like a good theory. They had an old version on a very old macbook that they couldn't update the system on. I also noted that they didn't use the 127.0.0.1 address but instead tried to run it on the same network as their Enttec ArtNet device, which seemed a bit strange since all they wanted was...

OSC address changes randomly
I have guestartists in my house experiencing something I've never seen before. They run LXConsole triggered via OSC from Qlab. Occassionally LXConsole changes the ip address they've set to listen to OSC commands from a static ip nr to "any interface" and that leads to LXconsole not receivi...

Re: The model and its z level
And up they rose.jpg Now they are in "document origin". That made it possible to use the Z level, but screwed up the camera position :-) But I guess that can be fiddled with somehow. I dont think I've ever looked under that "advanced" button before. Or maybe I did years ago and ...

Re: The model and its z level
Here they are, sunken into a floor which is 102 cms high.
They can be moved anywhere except up or down.

The model and its z level
Im trying to show a customer a few simple sketches using the model window. Only problem is that i've drawn a stage which is 1.02 metres high and the model refuses to change altitude so its kind of sunken halfway through the floor all the time. :-) Changing value for Z position does nothing, all othe...
Re: Bug?
I think I found the solution! "Unmark channels at GO " in live settings made all my worries disappear.
