LXSeries Lighting Software

I'm trying to resize instruments to better fit the grid, but I've had no luck so far. I have been using Transform>Scale, but the graphic doesn't change size. Am I using the wrong tool? Is it not available in the free versions? Is it a bug?

I've also tried it in LXFree on a Mac. Same behavior.
