Re: Inadvertently deleting work by moving out of bounds
It IS possible to lose objects off the left or top of the document. In that case, just making the document bigger might not work. (It might work if you have "Center origin when resizing" checked in the document size popup.) What is guaranteed to work is to use the "Match Contents"...

Re: Exported PDF doesn't have fonts or dashed lines
This is an issue with the open source library used by LXPlan to create PDFs. There are limitations, particularly with regard to fonts, in how LXPlan graphics get exported to PDF. There is a wide range of PDF support on Windows and occasionally elements will not appear in an exported PDF when viewed ...

Re: Inadvertently deleting work by moving out of bounds
Elements moved outside the bounds of the document are not removed, they are just not visible. You can use the Inspector's Document tab to increase the size of the document to reveal any missing elements that are outside the bounds of the document and move them back. (Then you can reset the document ...

Re: Scenes window has a strange disposition
That is something that happened if there were 5 or less scenes configured. It is fixed in the latest build, Version 6.6.4 (19707.1)

Re: ETC Fixtures
It is not necessary to create a new key entry to add a profile to a fixture. You can take any SourceFour LED2 fixture from the library and add a profile. In the properties dialog, switch to the DMX tab. At the top there is a popup button/menu that allows you to switch between profiles and to manage ...

Re: Help is gone ?
Try the latest build, Version 6.6.3 (19701.1), and see if the help works better. As long as you have the OSC connection information (IP/Port) set and OSC input enabled, you should be able to detect OSC messages and match them to actions. Choose View->Setup and select the OSC tab. Click the detect bu...

Re: 16 bits dmx control
The latest build of LXConsole, 6.6.1 (19609.1), allows you to set an address offset other than 1 for the low byte of a subchannel with 16 bit resolution. This will allow you to patch your fixture. For the pan and tilt subchannels, in the Channel Setup Window's Subchannels table, select the row for t...

Re: 16 bits dmx control
AFAIK there is no other fixture that works in this non-standard way. LXConsole does not have a way to patch that scheme unless you use a custom subindex for the least significant byte and control it separately. Apparently GDTF allows for out of sequence bytes for 16 bit or larger resolutions. But, L...
