LXSeries Lighting Software

I figured out how to move layers but it is not intuitive nor consistent. I'm running LXPlan Free on Linux Mint and the only reasonably consistent way to do it is to click on the button below the layer display and carefully position the mouse pointer to the bottom left quadrant of the layer selection...

How does one change the sequence of layers in the Layers display box in LXPlan?
