Welcome to LXBeams2Go running on iPad.

LXBeams2Go allows you to display and edit XML Plot Document (.lxxplot) files.

LXBeams2Go gives you access to many of the same views available when working with LXBeams or LXFree on desktop operating systems. Instead of appearing as separate windows on your desktop, these views are accessed using the navigation bar at the bottom of the iPad screen.

The Plan view is the main view of the plot and is where most of the drawing happens. The functions of the Inspector and menu commands are found in popover windows accessed by tapping the buttons at the top of the screen.

The Lights view is a table of all the lights in the plot sorted by fixture or channel.

The Reports view is a web based view of the reports defined in the plot document. The reports view also includes the ability to display the preview attached to the plot and these help pages.

The Section view shows the plot projected either from the side or the front.

The Model view shows a rendering of the current beams of light falling on a scene. (LXBeams 2.0)

The Notes view allows you to view and edit notes attached to the document.
