Editing a Log Entry
A log entry has space for time and distance, both overall and for a particular interval. The popup menus for distance and speed allow you to select the units for the field. If you click on a field label, such as "Pace:" a menu pops up that lets you calculate the value (given the other two fields) or convert the entry to different units.
